Service Terms.
General terms for Thrivehaus projects and care plans. A written proposal or agreement controls where it sets different project-specific terms.
Scope and pricing
The agreed proposal defines scope, inclusions, exclusions, price, revision allowance and payment schedule. Work outside scope is quoted before chargeable work begins.
Payments and launch
Payments are due according to the selected package or proposal. Final project balances must be paid before launch or final handover unless the proposal states otherwise.
Client content and approvals
You are responsible for supplying content, information and assets you have permission to use, and for checking factual accuracy before approval. Delays in feedback or supplied material may move delivery dates.
Ownership and third-party services
Once agreed project fees are paid, the client receives the rights stated in the proposal to completed website deliverables. Pre-existing tools, reusable code, software libraries and third-party services remain subject to their own licences and terms.
Website care and hosting
Care plans cover the inclusions and monthly allowances shown on the website or proposal. Allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. Response targets are initial-response targets on South Australia business days, not guaranteed resolution times. Domains, business email, paid apps, ecommerce fees and unusually resource-intensive infrastructure are separate unless expressly included.
Cancellations and handover
Basic and Managed Care are month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. Growth Care has the stated initial term before moving month-to-month. On cancellation, we provide a reasonable handover of client-owned website materials, subject to outstanding invoices and third-party platform limitations.
Results and availability
SEO, AI-search, traffic, rankings, leads and revenue cannot be guaranteed. Third-party platforms, hosting providers, networks and external services may experience outages outside our control.
